We offer a one time 3 hour consultation for $800. In this meeting we will walk your new or prospective home. We will provide design advice regarding:

-possible structural changes

-remodel scope

-budget specific to the market

-space utilization

-electrical plan

-paint + furnishing direction

Two designers will get to know your unique needs and get to work on site. In this unique scenario, drawings, paint colors, furnishings and other key design items will be presented to you mid-day. Once you have provided your feedback, the designers will upgrade their selections and leave you with months worth of work done in one 8 hour day. This cram session costs $4000.

We are comfortable in a supportive or leadership role. We collaborate well with architects and builders. We have decades of construction, environmental + interior design experience. We are dedicated to the highest vision and purpose. Our hourly rate is $200/hour, we pass on all trade discounts to our clients.
